Zar je moguca ovakva konstrukcija?

Zamerka je sto je u naslovu house i flat, a ti si pisala samo cons & pros za house. Flat-a nema nigde.

Elem, cini mi se da za stanove do 4 sprata nema lifta, pa mozes i to uzeti kao argument ZA kucu.

U suštini, naslov je opšti jer se ti u thesis statement opredeljuješ za jedno od ta dva.

Vidiš nisam razmišljala o liftovima.

Nisam sigurna za tu konstrukciju.

Living in a house or a flat ::There comes a time when people should decide where they would like to live - a house, or a flat. Although living in a flat has its advantages, living in a house can be more pleasant and beneficial.

Living in a house has several advantages. Primarily, the houses tend to be more spacious than the flats; therefore a bigger family would be more comfortable living in a house. Also, if you chose to live in a house, you need not worry about grumpy neighbours who would complain on the noise coming from your home. Furthermore, if you decide upon the house, there is a high probability that you will have a garden, and be able to keep a pet.

On the other side, the choice of a house is not all that grand. There are also disadvantages. One of them would be the cleaning. Cleaning of the house is exerting and very time consuming. Not to mention that with the increase of space, consequently taxes and bills get higher. Also, houses tend to be more hazardous for elderly people to live in, especially if there are stairs on which they could trip and fall, and in doing so fracture an arm, or even worse.

These are some of the essential facts, which one should take upon consideration when deciding whether or not to live in a house.

Eto sad naša spisateljica može da bira konstrukciju rečenice

Mislim da nije potrebno staviti "in" zbog same konstrukcije rečenice. Sa "in" bi bilo:
There comes a time when people should decide whether they would like to live in a house, or in a flat.
Mada možda i grešim, bilo bi dobro kad bi se još neko izjasnio po tom pitanju.
