Šta ima pd general. Probaj još jedn opciju uđi u bios pogledaj pa onemogući Bluetooth , restartuj pa ponovo uđi u bios pa ponovo ga omogući, opet restartuj i podigni windows pa sačekaj da li će ga prijaviti.

Iz nekokg razloga ne bidi ga niti očitava drajver, kao da je onemogućen. Koji je tačno modela laptopa Acer Aspire ali koji model tačno.

Daj ova dva izveštaja..

Daj ovaj..

Skini MiniToolBox na Desktop;
Pokreni ga dvoklikom, strikliraj sve ponudjene stavke i klikni na Go;
Nakon sto aplikacija zavrsi rad, izbacice izvestaj u Notepad-u; taj izvestaj okaci u sledecoj poruci da pogledamo.



I daj i ovaj..

1. Skinite program HWiNFO32 sa ove adrese, program je besplatan.

2. Instalirajte i pokrenite. Kada se program pokrene dobicete ovakav prozor:




Potrebno je kliknuti na RUN.

3. Kada se program startuje kliknuti na Report ikonicu u gornjem levom uglu:



4. Potom ce se pojaviti prozor izvestaja. U njemu je potrebno oznaciti da izvestaj bude u txt formatu i izabrati gde ce da se snimi klikom na dugme browse ( najbolje na desktop ), pa onda next:



5. Potom ce se pojaviti izbornik sta ce izvestaj da sadrzi, kliknuti na finish.



6. Na desktopu ce se pojaviti novi fajl.

7. Putem opcije Prikači Fajl pošaljite fajl na forum:

Odakle tebi drajver Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth kada u tom laptopu nije intel nego na oficijelnoj stranici drajveri za Bluetooth imaš dva drajvera i to Atheros i Broadcom..

On nije vidljiv u opšte u izveštaju kao da je onemogućen. Deinstaliraj taj drajver što imaš sad iz device menagera i restartuj računar ako ga ponovo ne prijavi prilikom dizanja sistema onda je neaktivan,probaj ga pokrenuti preko tipke FN-F3 ili već koja je kombinacija. Ako ga ne prijavljuje i dalje da nije i do samog adaptera nešto. Ako ga prijavi onda od ta dva drajvera mora biti jedan.

Mada ti generalno nemaš oficijlene drajvere za Windows 10 na stranici acer.

Idi na Start > Settings > System > Apps & features i tu potraži Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth i idi na uninstall

Reinstalirao sam Bluetooth ne radi, na strani Aer su sve Driveri 2012 godine. Da skinem driver Bluetooth za Windows 10 64 pa daga instaliram. Toje zadnje što te pitam neću više date zamaram a i Barcelona igra.

Nemaš oficijelnog drajvera za windows 10. A i trebalo bi ustanoviti koji je tačno pa da se potraži za win 10. Je li tebi on prijavio uređaj uopšte posle deinstalacije tog drajvera kada si podigao ponovo sistem. Ima li ga u device menageru sad.
