Prebacivanje programa sa Windows 7 Professional x64 na Windows Server Standard 2012 R2 x64

Kao sto u naslovu pise potrebno mi je da prebacim jednu aplikaciju koja je sada na win 7 na server.

Rijec je o ERP sistemu koji je instaliaran na toj win 7 a ostali racunari preko mreze pristupaju pristupaju toj aplikaciji. Instalaciju od programa imam (stara verzija). Program je prvi put instaliran u 2011. tako da je od tada bilo dosta izmjena u njemu, podesavanja, kreiranja raznih modula... Program je takodjer nadogradjen i na noviju verziju ciju instalaciju nemam. Puno stvari je bilo da bise pocelo od pocetka sa instalacijom...

Zanima me da li neko zna na koji nacin mogu prebaciti taj program na novi server bez da moram raditi instalaciju.

U prilog cu postaviti print screen programa koji su instalirani.

Teško je reći bez poznavanja softvera. Ipak je u pitanju specifičan program za specifičnu svrhu kojem ograničen broj ljudi ima pristup. Najbolje je da kontaktiraš podršku proizvođača. Možda postoji neko uputstvo ili alatka za migraciju. A ako imaš pravo na nadogradnje, postoji mogućnost da možeš da zatražiš i instaler za noviju verziju.

Što se tiče generičkog odgovora, ovakvi sistemi su občno složeni i sastoje se od različitih komponenti, neretko različitih proizvođača. Teoretski, ako se prebace sve pod-komponente, servisi i njihova podešavanja/podaci, program je potencijalno moguće premestiti. To uključuje i backup/restore baze podataka, prebacivanje zapisa programa iz Windows registra na novi server, kao i instalaciju pod-komponenti, njihovo i podešavanje potrebnih servisa. Ali pitanje je da li je to jednostavnija opcija.

Ukratko: složene sisteme je često teško prebaciti "ručno". Kontaktiraj podršku proizvođača softvera.

Vec jesam, sada cekam odgovor. Uglavnom kada zavrsim podijelicu iskustvo ovdje na koji nacin je to rijeseno. Znam da je slozeno za odraditi, zbog toga sam i pitao. Moguce reko da je neko to vec radio ovdje sa foruma pa da cisto cujem jos koje misljenje kako, sta, na sta obratiti paznju i sl.

1.
First of all, there is no need to install a JOBDISPO-programm on a server if you don´t want to use the server as a client (in such a case you must install the CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_13 and the installer_jobdispo_v6_dll_6.0.0.6858.dll)
What you do is nothing else than to copy the complete "FAUSERAG"-folder to the new server.
So you have all the things you need on the new server (1:1).
Make sure the folder on the new server is shared for access (read and write) for everybody.

If you want the database on the same new server, you need to install SQL-Server of course. Just put the dump-file from the old database and restore it in the new one.
Now you have all the information on the new server.

Now starts the work itself:
You need to change all the pathes in the user parameter files you copied. You find them in Fauserag\JDISPO60 (if possible, take a tool like notepad++ to do this ... saves time maybe)
Dont forget the parameter files in JDISPO60 itself ! Our system would take them as a template for new users with wrong path.! (e.g. ERP.PAR, MES.PAR ....)

If this is done, you have to change all the desktop shortcuts on the User-PCs (teminals as well). They still have the wrong path to start JOBDDISPO on their desktop.

Now you should test the first client. Can happen the firewall on the new server will prohibit the access on the database (if the database is on the new server)
In such a case you must insert "incoming" and "outgoing" rules in the firewall for the SQL-Server (the all knowing internet tells you how to do in case of questions).

Can also happen, that you need to refresh the odbc connections on the clients PC (sometimes a problem regarding access to the new server. Happens not very often)

The old database needs an update as well when on the new server. If you start e.g. erp.exe you will get an error message. This is ok. The path in the database is still the old one. With the first client you can update all the parameters in the database) .... dont forget all the other exe-files (MES, TI, ....).

6.
Make sure nobody can start JOBDISPO on the old server. Please rename the Fauserag-folder! .. or make sure they can not use the old database or programms any more.

7.
If the database is on the new server, don´t forget the backup settings. You can do it directly in SQL-Server if it is a registered database.
In case of SQL Server Express you must run the backup with the task manager in windows.
You have to create severals tasks .... one for every day ...... Monday, Tuesday ..... (with the scripts in the attachment you can feed the task manager with information what to do).
Finally it´s up to you how you do this.

Ovo je odgovor koji sam dobio od proizvodjaca programa. Ako neko bude imao slican problem mozda mu ovo bude od pomoci pa sam iz tog razloga postavio odgovor.
