Kako da znam koji trebam da skinem (znam da se obično skida kroz update, ali pošto ću reinstalirati komp želim da odradim brže, da ne moram da skidam posle reinstalacije)?

Kapiram da je X64 za 64-bitni OS, X86 za 32-bitni, ali šta je ovo IA64?

I šta je ovo 7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD.iso kad iznosi 1.9 GB?
