It was indeed the conversion process, DVI to VGA. I got the new card today. Plugged it in using the DVI, and the problem was gone.

Plugged it in with my old DVI to VGA converter and the problem was back.

Imam identican problem, identicna graficka i znam da je problem u konverziji dvi/vga signala ali na monitoru imam sam vga prikljucak. Monitor je LG FLATRON W2240.
Jel moze to drugacije da se resi ili da zovem radnju da vidim sta da radim?
Evo onaj report, mozda moze da pomogne.
