Hard Reset: Keep pressing and holding the blue Action Key and Power Button past the Smartphone 2002 screen. You will see a Master Reset screen asking if you want to perform a hard reset. Note that performing a hard reset will erase applications such as the Task Manager and File Manager provided by Motorola. You will need to reinstall these Motorola-provided applications from the CD-ROM disc that is bundled with the MPx200.
