1. Bug fix: in "New Folder" feature at Windows-7, Vista (x64 and x32).
2. Update the language files and some improvements and again small testing on Windows-8.

1. Bug fix for the rounding of the folder size and file size indicator, eg 0.0001 MB instead of 0.0 MB 0.1 MB
2. Some improvements for x64 and Windows 7.
3. Update the language files and some tweaks.
