Allows you to configure timed delays for each application that starts after Windows boots up.

Can you learn another language in the time it takes for your machine to boot?

Do you turn on your PC when you go to bed, so it's finished booting by the time you get home from work the next day?

When Windows loads it's Startup file, it attempts to load every program in there at the same time. Therefore if you have quite a lot of programs starting when Windows starts, each program will try and grab CPU time so that it can load.

If each program tries to do this at the same time, you soon notice the slow down that occurs, due to your CPU trying to help all the programs to load, and your hard disk accessing multiple files.

Startup Delayer will allow you to setup how many seconds after Windows has started, to load each application.

For Example, if you have your mail program and a special clock starting up, then you can make your mail start say 10 seconds after Windows has loaded, and then the special clock start 20 seconds after Windows Starts.

Added prompt when the active user couldn't be selected
· If the current user can't be selected in the user list, the first available user is used instead
· Added prompt when no users could be retrieved
· Reduced the autoupdate from 14 days to 7 days for a while
· Added support for saving/restoring the last opened tab in the main view
· Modified the Uninstall process to forcefully delete files from the Settings directory if the user confirms they can be deleted
· Removed text from NewBackup form that wasn't required
· Converted the Get Update link to use an alternate method for opening the browser
· Modified default CPU/Disk to 75% idleness
· Removed all use of WMI functions and instead use old style functions for querying users. Fixes massive speed issues that some users were experiencing due to Domain querying of user accounts

1 Support late drive ready by checking if the file is valid just before it launched instead of when it's first loaded. This allows you to use a TrueCrypt drive with applications on it to launch at Startup after a delay
2 Added an option to show a Message when all applications have been launched. The option can be found in the Options window under Startup Applications
3 Added some missing strings for translations
4 Displayed a Language Select screen for when Startup Delayer is first run
5 Modified the design of the Launch Notifier window
6 Allowed the notifier window to be moved in most areas
7 Added support for startup to be aborted if Shift is held down on the keyboard before Startup Launcher loads
8 Added a button to the Options window to reset the position of the Notifier
9 Added a checkbox to the Options window to allow you to hide the System tray icon during the launching of Applications
10 Added Progress bar to Notifier to show the progress of Startup items
11 Fixed issue with that required you to click twice on a Notifier window button to activate it
12 Fixed Skip button not showing in Launch Process window until after you pause/resume
