Nema Cortane (Hey Cortana) Lumia 950

Nema Cortane na mom telefonu Lumia 950 (Windows 10).
Pošto sam nakon kupnje namestio lokalni jezik i državu pa su se nakon toga namestili updejti. Jel to razlog?

Namestio sam US English jezik i Regiju US rebootao ništa ne pomaže, Cortane nema!

Jel ima Cortana da se namesti kao app iz trgovine? Ili neko drugo rešenje?

Iz službe MS javili rešenje.

1. Možda factory reset i updejt pomogne?
ili
2. MS preporučio.

Please follow the below troubleshoots:

A) To create and check backup:

1. To backup app data and system settings, go to Settings > Update & security > Backup.
2. To backup your photos and videos, go to Settings > Devices > Default camera > Manage OneDrive upload settings.
3. To backup text messages, go to Messaging > Settings > Sync messages between devices.
4. Onedrive.live.com > Sign in with your microsoft account > You will find backup of the videos and photos there.
5. People.live.com > Sign in with your microsoft account > You will find backup of the contacts there.
6. To backup the messages (SMS+MMS) I would request you to download "contacts+message backup" from the store and that would help you to create the backup of contacts, SMS and MMS on your SD card.

B) To perform the Windows Device Recovery Tool:

2. If your phone is not automatically detected, disconnect all phones from your computer and press My phone was not detected at the bottom of the main screen.
3. If prompted, select the phone manufacturer.
4. Connect your phone to your computer with a compatible USB cable.
5. Wait for your computer to detect the connected phone and follow the screen instructions.
6. If the phone is not connected within one minute you can try restarting your phone: keep the USB connected, and press and hold the Power and Volume down keys simultaneously.
7. Release the keys when the phone vibrates.
8. Press Install software to start installing the software to your phone.
9. Once the installation is complete, the phone will restart. If your SIM has a PIN code, you will need enter your SIM PIN code at this stage.

C) To restore the data:

Once the device is ON, please go through the Device First Use Process (DFU) to fill in the details like country, date and time etc and sign in with the Microsoft account and synchronize it to restore the data.

D) Before trying the above steps please make sure that the reset protection key of the device is turned off from settings > update and security > find my phone > turn off the reset protection key.
