Microsoft couldn't be happier with the information it has provided as part of the Windows Vista Capable logo program. This statement comes from Microsoft's Brad Smith, Senior Vice
President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on a visit in Japan. With this statement, Smith revealed Microsoft's position to the class action lawsuit filed against it because of the Windows Vista Capable logo initiative. Smith commented that Microsoft could not have done a better job at describing to customers the relation between a capable computer and Windows Vista.
