Svaki put kada AVG skenira ceo kompjuter, nakon par minuta dolazi do restarta, pokusala sam da uradim scan u safe modu, isto se desava, cak se na kratko pojavi plavi ekran...nakon restarta windows se zaglavi na "welcome" tako da ga opet moram restartovati i izabrati normal mode...

Na osnovu opisa problema, priča verovatno nema veze sa malware-om.

Ako želiš, možemo izvršiti dodatnu proveru.



Arrow Preuzmi gmer.zip sa ovog linka i sačuvaj na Desktopu.
Raspakuj ga u neki folder.

Dupli klik na gmer.exe za početak: Izaberi Rootkit/Malware Tab na vrhu.
Klikni na Scan.
Kada je skeniranje završeno, klik na Copy dugme ispod - ovo će sačuvati rezultate skeniranja u Clipboard.
Iskoristi opciju Paste u Notepad-u da bi to prebacio u tekst. Snimi taj tekst iz Notepada kao file1.txt.
Ponovi ovo isto sa Autostart Tab-om. Snimi taj tekst iz Notepada kao file2.txt.


Iskoristi opciju Prikači fajl ispod polja za pisanje poruke na forumu, i prikači nam ovde ta dva fajla koja smo malopre snimili.

Mnogo kratak taj prvi log.

Kada pokreneš Gmer, on izvrši početno skeniranje. Tek nakon toga treba da klikneš Scan i kasnije da sačuvaš log. Ako nisi tako uradila, ponovi to prvo skeniranje.

Ponovila sam scan po uputstvu nekoliko puta...skeniranje potraje i log je ponovo isti...

Ok. Ovde nema nikakvih tragova malware-a.

Preporučio bih ti da otvoriš temu u Windows forumu i pojasniš šta se događa.

Pre toga prvo otvori Control Panel > System; na Advanced tabu, pod Startup and recovery, klikni Settings; u prozoru koji se otvori dečekiraj Automatically restart i klikni OK.

Sada kada pokreneš skeniranje i kada nastane problem, PC se neće restartovati već će prikazati plavi ekran sa određenim podacima.
Zapiši sve što bude bilo na ekranu i to postavi u temi u Windows forumu.
