10.185.0.254 is an address on your local network
If you are not on a home or business network, this IP address might belong to one of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) computers.
Certain IP addresses are designated by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) as not Internet routable. These addresses cannot reliably be used to send information between different networks. Instead, they are used within a single network.
Because of non-Internet routable addresses, a network administrator doesn't have to obtain unique IP addresses for all of the computers on a local network. Thousands of computers on different networks can have the IP address 10.185.0.254, but if you send information to that address, it will only go to the computer on your own network that has that address.
The address ranges that have been designated by IANA for private network addresses include:
10.x.x.x
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.x.x
where "x" is any number from 0 to 255.
Because 10.185.0.254 is reserved for private network addresses, it is extremely unlikely to represent a computer on the Internet. If you are on a local network but no computer on that network (including your ISP) has the IP address 10.185.0.254, the address was probably forged in order to hide the address of the sender.

Mislis li na vreme koje je ZA registrovala u trenutku napada? Imam ga. Ovaj stalno napada, i sad to traje. Samo danas je pokusao preko 2000 (dve hiljade puta), ali ZA odoleva, samo ne znam dokle.

Да.баш тај са временом напада тачно у секунду пошаљи провајдеру па нек они виде ако могу шта да ураде мада је можда обично скенирање портова а то није опасно јелте

Vidiš, budući da te napada sa lokalne mreže (odnosno sa istog provajdera, recimo BeoGrid), moguće je da se neko ili igra, ili (mnogo verovatnije) da je u pitanju neko ko se zarazio crvima ili trojancima i kako je non-stop na mreži, on non-stop napada ni ne znajući da je zaražen.
Najbolje je da nazoveš svog provajdera, daš im IP adresu (oni će znati ko je u pitanju), objasniš im situaciju i zamoliš da obavete tog korisnika da "očisti" računar. Mislim da ti ne treba tačno vreme i sl. već da je IP adresa dovoljna, jer mi se čini da te on napada uvek sa iste, fiksne IP adrese.
