+ PričaMy sister plays tennis with the woman who took the video.. This happened on Sherwood Forrest Blvd and north Harrell's ferry rd in Baton Rouge.. Apparently the guy on the hood was selling shrimp on the side of the road. There was a sign in the median that said fresh shrimp. It's illegal to have sign in the medians here so the guy in the white truck stops and pulls up the sign.. And gets back in his truck.. Cue shrimp guy who jumps on his hood.. The guy refuses to get off his hood so he slowly (like 20-25 mph) drove 2 miles to the police station with the guy on the hood.. If he looks relaxed its because he had been chilling on the hood for a mile or so at this point.. TL;DR guy in truck tears down the guys sign dude jumps on hood of truck and refuses to get off.. guy driving truck drives to police station..
