Usporen rad računara i nakon sveže reinstalacije sistema

Drug mi je dao laptop nadajući se da samo uz pomoć reinstalacije sistema uspeti da prevaziđe spor rad istog.
Dakle problem je brzina i responzivnost sistema (treba mu nekoliko sekundi da otvori Google Chrome), rad kroz File Explorer je isto prilično spor u poređenju sa mojim računarom (pogotovo ako se menjaju neke stavke u COntrol Panelu i sl.)
Primetio sam u Task Manager-u da je iskorišćenost procesora vrlo često 100% i retko pada ispod 50%.
Takođe stavka Memory, tj. RAM iznosi oko 48%

Laptop je poprilično prevaziđen i star, možda je i to uzrok problema. Specifikacija sistema:
Asus X553m
Procesor Intel Celeron N2840, takt: 2,16Ghz
RAM 4GB
OS: WIndows 64bit (svež)

Dakle napomena, da je instaliran svež OS, ali poboljšanje pre/posle se ne vidi.

Ovaj računar se bukvalno služi u svrhu korišćenja web-a i korišćenje MS Office alata, 99% MS Word.

Sistem ti je čist što se malwarea tiče.

Procesor u tom laptopu je poprilično slab i njegov akcenat je na maloj potrošnji. Taj laptop je bio prespor i prije četiri godine kada se pojavio tako da tu nisu problem godine.
Moja preporuka jeste da na njega staviš Windows 8.1 ili Windows 10 LTSC 2016/2019 s obzirom da su malo "lakši" od klasične Desetke i eventualno vidi da li je sa 32-bitnim verzijama išta bolja situacija, ali ne očekuj previše.

Hvala. Pokusacu sa Win10 LTSC 2016. Btw, kada sam podigao tastaturu, primetio samd a cooler ne radi. Vrv je crko, pa top dodatno podize temp...
