instalirao sam mandrake 10,na posebnu particiju podesio da mi se windows xp
prvi dize(on je vec bio instaliran)
windows vise nemoze da se digne-kad njega izaberem pojavi se samo crn ekran
linuks se redovno dize
dali postoji neko resenje da povratim windows

Prekonfigurisi Lilo, posto pretpostavljam da njega koristis. Mozda nisi stavio dobru particiju za Win, pogledaj to. Inace lilo nemoj da stavljas na win particiju.

nasao sam: u bios-u sam prebacio Access mode sa auto na LBA
i sad radi kako treba


posle ovoga mi rade i windoxs i linux ali kad sam probao da iz windowsa pokrenem
PartitionMagic dobijem ovo upozorenje

To ti samo program ne prepoznaje linux particiju... nabavi neki noviji part.mag. pa će ti on videti... znam da novi može da vidi ext2, ext3 i Reiser...

ali sa tim istim sam napravio ext3 particiju iz windowsa pre instalacije linuxa

e pa tu ti je i bila greska... najbolji nacin da instaliras linux pored windowsa je da obrises jedan deo prostora na koji bi "nabacio" linux i kad poteras instalaciju, uputis ga tamo...
ostalo je istorija ;-)

i naravno kasnije se nemoj igrati sa PQMagic-om... da ti ne bi obrisao linux particije... osim ako ti to i nije cilj... ne daj mu da "popravlja" ;-)

da... nemoj da brineš, to je zbog MBR-a i preformatiranog ext3 ili koji možda imaš... kod drugara sam video da MDK10c po "default" koristi ReiserFS, a iz ličnog iskustva sam video da PM ne vidi Reiser. Sa plugin-om za total commander za čitanje ext2/3 particija otvara bezproblema Reiser particiju ali vidi pogrešne veličine fajlova... vidi ih kao abnormalno ogromne (npr. mp3 od 10tak MB on vidi kao oko 50TB)... izgleda da i PM vidi kao prevelike fajlove:
