@ona

According to frusciante.net and Swedish Warner Music , we should expect 6 more singles:
(#1 - Dani California / EAN: 0093624292524 / Release: 28.04.2006)
#2 - Tell me Baby / EAN: 9708005071605 / Release: tba.
#3 - Storm in a Teacup / EAN: 708005071629 / Release: tba. **
#4 - Snow (Hey Oh) / EAN: tba. / Release: tba.
#5 - Stadium Arcadium / EAN: 9708005071612 / Release: tba. **
#6 - Unknown
#7 - Unknown

** Not comfirmed by RHCP management.

@MiB

Stadium' is the word, and the message is loud and clear. Twenty-three years into their career, the Red Hot Chili Peppers sound euphoric and enormously alive.

Distilling the ecstasy of their live shows into 24 new songs, 'Stadium Arcadium' is a mature showcase of concentrated power with riotous groove jams, super-sized hooks and transcendent vocal arrangements. It runs the gamut from classic funk rock ('Tell Me Baby') and crisp, hard pop ('Snow [Hey Oh]') to deep funk ('Hump de Bump') and soft-rap balladry ('Hard to Concentrate') - they even venture into hypnotic blues metal ('Readymade'). 'Stadium Arcadium' is one wild melodic rush, and Rick Rubin`s airy production squeezes the essence out of a monster - without taming it. A double disc makes sense because no real stadium show pulls the curtain after only 50 minutes.

The Peppers` strongest set since 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik.'

Still smokin’ HOT
Red Hot Chili Peppers turns up the funk, hard rock and cowbell to produce its latest effort Stadium Arcadium

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are going to save rock music.

With a mainstream saturated in forgettable, unoriginal rock bands, the Chili Peppers have made Stadium Arcadium a stellar album that represents everything good about music. It’s as if they’ve realized how important this album is to the state of rock.

The lyrics are poetic. The music is experimental, hard-rocking and funky. It’s danceable — some parts even fit for moshing. And of course, there are elements of good old rock ‘n’ roll: screechy distorted guitar solos, beautifully melodic vocals, heavy bass lines and even cowbell.

The thing that will undoubtedly delight millions of seasoned fans is that the Chili Peppers’ funk is back in a major way. The heavy bass and guitar on “Charlie” takes the sound back to the days of Mother’s Milk. The funk climaxes on “Hump De Bump” with a thumping bass line behind lead singer Anthony Kiedis’ rhythmic raps.

Stadium Arcadium’s 28 songs go into every musical style the band has ever taken on. The raw hard rock is there, the funk is there, the mellow, melodic songs are there, the acoustic songs are there and of course, these styles are often fused together.

It’s been four years since the Chili Peppers released their last studio album, By the Way. But they are back with a bang, and anyone who can appreciate a band with intense energy, diverse music and a constantly evolving sound will agree that Stadium Arcadium was worth the wait.

People Magazine Stadium Arcadium Review
5/5 Stars.

To Make their ninth studio album, the Red Hot Chili Peppers looked back to what was arguably their greatest triumph,1991's BSSM. They wrote the songs in the same place,they recorded them in the same Hollywood Hills House,and they used the same producer(the brilliant Rick Rubin). The Chili Peppers ended up recapturing the old magic and then some,turning out an ambitous, inspired double disc that just may go down as the best thing of their career. Stadium Arcadium hits out of the park with 28 songs evenly split between two cd's,Jupiter and Mars,which,had they been released individually,would have easily stood alone. Packaged together,though, there's more room to showcase their the sprawling scope and razbijac musicianship of a band that, against all odds, continues to evolve. Frontman Anthony Kiedis, especially, has grown from a one-note rap-rocker to a real singer capable of emotional depth and nuance, as well as testosterone-fueled aggression. Each member really gets to shine, though: Flea,in addition to laying down his usual funky basslines, even gets to show off his trumpet skills. While taking the melodicism of 2002's By the WAy to new heights-A dreamy ballad like "If" would make Coldplay Jealous-they also demonstarte that they can still kick it old-school on blustering jams like "Storm in a Teacup."

Time Out London SA review

Stadium Arcadium ~ Red Hot Chili Peppers
5/6

Which other representatives of that mid-80s microgenre described as 'funk metal' have shifted 50 million albums? Could Fishbone - or Living Colour, or Jane's Addiction, or Tackhead - have ever sold a third of a million gig tickets to British punters in a couple of hours? And how many fortysomething rockers still find themselves all over Radio 1 and Top of the Pops like cheap perfume, even as they enter their twenty-fifth year?

The Chili Peppers once famously announced that they wanted their music to give you an erection, something that eternally endeared them to a priapic adolescent fanbase. The thing is that the Chilis got much more interesting when producer Rick Rubin gave them the sonic equivalent of a brisk, cold shower.

He got Flea to stop wanking with the slap-bass and John Frusciante to prune back his own axe-hero cock-rockery; he got Anthony Kiedis to stop doing his silly rasta-rap thing and sing properly; and he got them to stop jamming over funk riffs and introduced some proper structure. In the process, he reconnected West Coast rock with its long-lost R&B ancestry.

This mammoth collection of two hour-long CDs, again helmed by Rubin, should by rights be an act of monumental hubris. But, amazingly, all 28 tracks manage to hit the right buttons. Even the most schematic funk workouts come dressed in killer hooks, Beatles harmonies and Earth Wind And Fire-style horns.

Stylistically they hopscotch through four decades of rock: 'Readymade' is a Led Zep-sized stomper, while tracks like '21st Century' and 'So Much I' add a Californian swagger to the jerky punk-funk of Franz Ferdinand. They even effectively revisit the Beasties-ish rap-rock of 'Give It Away' on tracks like 'Storm In A teacup' and 'Charlie'.

It is, very probably, the Chilis' best ever album, not that this will win over those to break into boils when the words 'funk' and 'rock' are mentioned in the same sentence. Otherwise, great throbbing erections are in order.

@freakapotamus
Blood Sugar Sex Magik). Ne kazem da Stadium Arcadium nije toliko dobar, ali u velikoj meri "pomazu" By The Way i Californication.
