nije mi to extra hitno, ali će mi trebati ovih dana... našao sam neke recepte na engleskom - evo jednog, ako slučajno nekoga to interesuje:
Blackcurrant Wine
You need:
4 lb blackcurrants (~ 2kg)
4 lb granulated sugar (~ 2kg)
1 gallon cold water (~ 4,5l)
Method 1:
Strip the blackcurrants from the stalks and wash them carefully so as not to lose too much of the juice.
Put them in a large bowl and crush them well using a wooden spoon. Pour on a gallon of cold water and stir thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and leave for ten days, but no longer. Then strain and add the 4 lb of granulated sugar. Stir daily for three days then bottle.
