MY GREATEST FEAR
My fear has a name, and that name is "the dark". When I was little, I was afraid of everything, but I hoped that my fear of the dark was something I would outgrow. As I grew, my fear grew with me. I always feel as though there is something awful out there in the darkness, just waiting to grab me, though what that something might be, I don't know. But so I never find out, I have found a solution: my dear little bedside lamp, that wonderfully lights up that corner I am so afraid of...
